Water Heater

Sample: Tankless Water Heater Conversion

Clayton, NC

Wall-mounted tankless water heater in a garage

A family of five that ran out of hot water every school morning, and a tank that had started weeping at the base.

The challenge

The existing half-inch gas line couldn't feed a tankless unit, and the closet had no room for a bigger tank.

Our solution

We ran a new three-quarter-inch gas line from the meter, mounted a condensing tankless unit on the garage wall with isolation valves for descaling, and reclaimed the closet.

Before

What we found.

  • Rusted, leaking water heater before replacement
2

The Work

Proper slope, sealed joints, pressure tested — the parts you won't see later, but the reason it lasts.

  • Black iron gas line with a new shutoff valve
  • Tidy utility room after a water heater replacement

Let's get the water going where it should.

Tell us what's going on, and we'll get in touch to set up a visit.
